Short version: this is a band's website. Read it, listen to the record, book us for a show. Don't pass our music or artwork off as your own.
Using this site
By using this site you agree to these terms. They're straightforward, but if you don't agree with them, please don't use the site.
Our music and artwork
The songs, recordings, album artwork, photographs, logo, and text on this site belong to Yeah Nah Yeah or to the people we made them with, including Simpul Records. They're protected by copyright.
You're welcome to:
- Share links to this site or to the record on any platform
- Quote a short passage of the bio for a listing, review, or show poster
- Use our press photo and album art when writing about the band or promoting a show we're playing
Please ask first before:
- Using our music in a video, film, advertisement, or other release
- Selling anything with our name, artwork, or logo on it
- Reproducing the recordings in any form
Asking is easy: message us and we'll almost certainly say yes. Just ask.
The booking form
Sending a booking enquiry starts a conversation, nothing more. It isn't a contract and it doesn't commit either of us to anything. Any actual show gets agreed separately, in writing, between us and the venue or promoter.
Please only send genuine enquiries. Don't use the form for spam, marketing, or anything unlawful.
Links to other sites
This site links out to streaming services, our label, and social platforms. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content or their privacy practices. Their terms apply once you leave here.
No warranty
We keep this site accurate and online as best we can, but it's provided as-is. We can't promise it will always be available or error-free, and we're not liable for any loss arising from using it, to the fullest extent the law allows.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, United States.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top always shows the current version.
